Our Story

Our five senses – sound, touch, vision, smell and taste – shape how we perceive and interact with the world.  Our sense of safety and security, or fear and unease, is all influenced by these senses.

Our incredible minds gather data, in split seconds, about our surroundings through our senses, reducing it to vital facts, which help us decide whether we want to exist in a space and how we want to do so.

And when one sense is compromised, others become stronger to compensate.  For me, my sight has always been weaker, requiring spectacles from a young age.  Consequently, sound and smell became my superpowers.

Everything in my world sounds so vibrant because of this. People, their thoughts and emotions all carry a distinct sound of sorts. Similarly, everything around me carries a scent. This is how most of my memories come through - in beautiful and vibrant sounds and scents and less in sight.

This is how our story began in 2019, with a deep desire to make visible, the olfactory vibrancy of the scents all around us and to have fun creating magic with them...
