Our Story

Our five senses; sound, touch, vision, smell and taste, shape the way we perceive and interact with the world. The way the world feels to us depends greatly on our senses. Whether we feel safe and secure or scared and uneasy is all shaped by our senses.

Our minds, incredible machines that in mere seconds, gather data about the space we are in or we intend to be in, through our senses, reducing this data into key facts, all to help us make a decision on whether we want to exist in a space and how we want to exist in that space. 

So if one of your senses is compromised, another senses become(s) stronger to compensate the lack or weakened state of the other. For me, my sight has always been weaker, having to wear spectacles from a young age. So the two senses that became my super heroes are sound and smell. 

Everything in my world sounds so vibrant because of this. People, their thoughts and emotions all have a sound of sorts. Similarly, everything around me carries a scent. This is how most of my memories come through as well. In sounds and scents and less in sight.

This is how our story began in 2019, with a deep desire to make visible the olfactory vibrancy of the scents all around us and to have fun creating magic with them...
